"zaico Order Management" is a service that allows users to upload paper or PDF order forms, which are then automatically converted into data using AI-OCR technology and integrated with the inventory management system "zaico" for order management. This not only reduces the effort and risk of errors in data entry but also streamlines the entire process from inventory check to shipment.

In addition to real-time inventory data checks through integration with "zaico," it can automatically generate shipment schedule data based on orders. Another feature is its high-precision reading function, which achieves a high recognition rate even for handwritten characters.

These features were developed based on on-site interviews conducted with customers, and represent a realization of services that truly meet the needs of those on the ground.

Regarding the launch of this service, ZAICO's President Tamura stated, "We wanted to deliver a system where automatic input of order details and immediate confirmation of inventory in response to orders become 'standard practice,' reducing time and effort on the ground and preventing errors. 'ZAICO Order Management' is the first step in our next-generation supply chain management concept, 'ZAICO Supply Chain Management (ZSCM).' Moving forward, we will use this service as a starting point to further promote efficiency and optimization of the entire supply chain, including procurement, inventory, and shipping."
