On October 7th, Hacobu published on its website a case study of the implementation of its dispatch order and management service "MOVO Vista" and its truck reservation service "MOVO Berth" at Mitsui Soko Logistics.
Mitsui Warehouse Logistics Kanto Office is a crucial logistics hub, handling nationwide delivery of large products as a contract logistics company for major electronics manufacturers, with up to 100 trucks coming and going per day.

Previously, coordination with transportation companies was done via fax and telephone, and order forms were stored on paper. This made the process cumbersome and dependent on individual employees, raising concerns that existing methods would increase administrative workload if efforts to reduce waiting times for deliveries were to be made.
The introduction of "MOVO Vista" and "MOVO Berth" has enabled dispatchers, transportation companies, and warehouse staff to share loading details and delivery information, reducing the time spent on confirmation and phone calls. In addition, centralized management of dispatch information in the cloud has eliminated the need for paper order forms.
We reduced our daily paper usage from approximately 80 sheets to zero, creating a system where anyone can access information.

Furthermore, the system was changed to allow transportation companies to reserve their own entry times, increasing customer satisfaction and streamlining the process from entry to loading and departure.
