The "(tentative name) Konan-Komaki Logistics Facility Project" will be constructed using land owned by Misawa Homes, and this will be Misawa Homes' first development of a multi-tenant logistics facility through its CRE (Corporate Real Estate) business.

The building is a box-type logistics facility with a total floor area of approximately 31,313 m2 (approximately 9472 tsubo), and is a four-story steel-frame structure. Four vertical conveyors and four cargo elevators enable cargo transport to the second and third floors, and by consolidating office functions on the fourth floor, the facility maximizes its overall storage area, enabling both high-frequency delivery and large-capacity storage simultaneously.

It features 30 truck berths and 63 parking spaces for regular cars, and can accommodate up to four tenants.

Located in Konan City in northern Aichi Prefecture, the property boasts an excellent location, approximately 5km north of the Komaki Interchange on the Tomei and Meishin Expressways, as well as being close to National Route 41, which connects Nagoya City and Toyama City from north to south, providing easy access to various destinations.

It is also within walking distance of Kashiwamori Station on the Meitetsu Inuyama Line, giving it a significant advantage in terms of attracting employees for tenant companies.

In terms of environmental impact, the facility will generate electricity using solar panels installed on the roof and utilize it within the facility. Any surplus electricity will be supplied to production bases in various locations, including the adjacent Techno F&C Nagoya Plant, a wholly owned subsidiary of Misawa Homes, thereby promoting the use of renewable energy.
