On October 9th, Kokubu Group Headquarters announced the publication of "What is Sustainability at Kokubu Group? Vol. 2," a manga that introduces the company's sustainable initiatives.
<Second volume of manga published>
The company operates as a food wholesaler, delivering food products nationwide. It also develops its own branded products and has established a nationwide logistics network capable of handling three temperature zones, supporting the food infrastructure.
The manga series will focus on the company's sustainable initiatives, with the first volume published in 2024.
This time, as the second installment, a new initiative is introduced in a four-part series. In the first episode, "The Baton of Sustainability, Now It's Yours," the story of how products get to the world is vividly depicted, including the collaboration between internal departments involved in sustainable product development and the review of delivery methods.
