On October 6th, Amazon launched "Amazon Tours," a public tour program, at its Chiba Minato Fulfillment Center (FC) in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture.

The Amazon Tour is a free tour open to the public, allowing them to see inside a fulfillment center. Participants spend approximately 60 to 90 minutes exploring Amazon's logistics technology, employees, work environment, and social contributions.
For example, you can see Amazon Robotics robots, which contribute to the efficiency of delivery operations, actually lifting and moving product shelves.

To date, Amazon Tours have been conducted at some fulfillment centers in the United States, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada. The aim is to convey to customers that Amazon delivers products under high standards of safety, reliability, and innovation.
Please note that advance reservations are required to participate, and there are several points to keep in mind regarding attire and hairstyles. You can apply by specifying the date on the Amazon Tours page. Participation is free, but transportation costs to the location are the responsibility of each participant.
