Funai Research Institute Logistics will hold a seminar on October 21st titled "Key Points for Developing Managers to Survive the 'After 2024' Problem."

Logistics companies need to prioritize and address challenges such as improving employee recruitment, training, and retention rates, strengthening sales, enhancing external operations including partner companies and transportation networks, and improving productivity through digitalization. However, these are difficult to solve on the management's own, and developing managers and strengthening internal systems are unavoidable.
To address these challenges, the seminar will cover topics such as "How to encourage managers to exercise leadership," "What managers with strong execution and on-the-ground implementation skills do," and "Communication methods used by managers with high employee retention rates."
