On October 10th, Lynaf announced that it has begun introducing "Smart Delivery" in condominiums managed by Itochu Urban Community.

In properties where "Smart Delivery" has been implemented, delivery personnel with access privileges can use a digital key to securely unlock the common entrance, allowing them to leave packages right in front of each apartment door.

This will reduce the number of redeliveries and improve convenience for residents, while also contributing to the efficiency of management operations by mitigating problems related to deliveries.

Smart delivery involves first using the smart lock "NinjaEntrance" to digitize the key to the common entrance of an apartment building with an automatic lock. Then, delivery personnel who have been granted access privileges can unlock the automatic lock, and deliveries can be made to a location specified in advance by the recipient. All unlocking history is recorded, so it can be used with peace of mind from a security standpoint, and it can be implemented without any cost burden on the apartment management company, owner, or management association.

As of October 2025, it has been installed in over 17,000 buildings nationwide.
