On October 1st, Daiwa House Industry held an acceptance ceremony and social gathering at Hotel Monterey Osaka for 195 prospective employees who are scheduled to join the company in April 2026.

At the job offer ceremony, Executive Officer Nomura, who is in charge of human resources, presented the job offer letter to the representative of the prospective employees. He then sent a congratulatory message to the prospective employees, saying, "Please spend the time until you join the company with confidence and pride, and with a positive attitude. We look forward to meeting you all in April next year."
Following the ceremony, a social gathering was held, where prospective employees learned basic knowledge about Daiwa House and deepened their relationships through activities such as a quiz competition.
