This was timed to coincide with the "Hydrogen Ministerial Meeting" held by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in conjunction with the Osaka-Kansai World Expo.
Hydrogen is attracting attention as the ultimate clean energy source, as it does not emit CO2 during use. In addition to conventional industrial applications, it is expected to be used in a wide range of fields, including mobility and power generation. Kawasaki Heavy Industries is working on technology demonstrations and equipment development to safely transport large quantities of hydrogen, with the aim of building an international hydrogen supply chain.
