On October 15th, Hakuo Robotics opened "Higashi-Urawa Base" in Midori Ward, Saitama City, as a new facility for the development, testing, and exhibition of its "AutoFork" series of automated forklifts. It will be a permanent demonstration space available by reservation only.

The Higashi-Urawa base utilizes approximately 400m2 of warehouse space to continuously develop and demonstrate the latest automated forklift technology. Visitors can "see, touch, and experience" the actual machines in operation, and concretely confirm their performance and suitability before implementation.
In the permanent demonstration space, you can bring your own pallets and cargo configurations from the site and conduct driving and transport tests under conditions that simulate the actual work environment. The aim is to reduce uncertainty when deciding whether or not to introduce automated forklifts and to lead to the most suitable automation proposal.
The venue is approximately a 13-minute walk from Higashi-Urawa Station on the JR Musashino Line, and there is also parking available for visitors arriving by car. Reservations are required.
