According to the announcement, suspicious access was detected on the "Sagawa Express Smart Club" system, which appears to have been obtained illegally by a third party using IDs and passwords. This led to the discovery that customer accounts had been accessed without authorization.

The unauthorized access occurred between 5:22 PM and 8:42 PM on October 15th, and the IP address that made the unauthorized access has already been identified and blocked.

While there has been no impact on servers or business systems, and no leakage of credit card information or bank account details, access to the "My Page" section of our website is currently temporarily restricted for security reasons.

Furthermore, customers who may have been affected by unauthorized logins will be contacted individually.

In response to this situation, customers are being asked to "immediately change their ID and password if they are using the same one for other services" and "change their password and set up two-factor authentication after access to their Smart Club My Page is restored." Further instructions will be provided when My Page is restored.
