Prologis will hold an open house at "Prologis Park Iwanuma" in Iwanuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, on November 5th and 6th.
On the day of the event, there will be simultaneous demonstrations of Raputa Robotics' flexible automated warehouse "Laputa ASRS" and next-generation EV trucks by ZO MOTORS and eMotion Fleet.

Prologis Park Iwanuma, a multi-tenant facility, is located within the "Iwanuma Rinkū Industrial Park," very close to Sendai Airport. It is approximately 2km from Sendai Airport, 15km from downtown Sendai, and 18km from Sendai Port. Covering land, sea, and air access, it is expected to be used as a strategic logistics hub for Miyagi Prefecture and the entire Tohoku region.
In addition, an open house will be held at "Prologis Park Zama 1" in Kanagawa Prefecture on October 22nd and 23rd. The application deadline for this event is October 17th.
