The charity walking event aimed to promote the health of group employees and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society, with the number of trees donated determined by the total number of steps walked by participants. More than 7000 people from Japan and abroad participated, and the total number of steps reached 1.37 billion.
The trees donated will be planted in the Andes region, Indonesia, Nepal, and Romania, selected by the top seven companies that made the greatest contributions to the event, and will be used to help conserve the local environment and restore ecosystems.
