This initiative, called a "matching gift," involved the company adding an amount equal to the total amount contributed by employees over a year to a fundraising period, which was then donated to welfare facilities, volunteer groups, and local social welfare councils in Shizuoka City through the Shizuoka City Social Welfare Council.
Inheriting the late Yohei Nanayo's wishes for social welfare activities, this initiative was started in 1993 with the aim of encouraging employees to contribute to society, and this is the 32nd time it has been held. As of the end of September 2025, 1066 employees have participated.
The recipients of the donations will be decided in collaboration with employees participating in the matching gift program. The donated funds will be used to purchase necessary supplies for each organization.
Through this donation, the company stated that, in line with its management philosophy of "coexistence," each employee will be aware of their role as a member of the local community and will continue to actively participate in community and social contribution activities.
