The facility is scheduled for completion in January 2026, with a total floor area of approximately 51,962.12 m2 (approximately 15,718.54 tsubo).
Located approximately 2.3 km from JR Tokaido Main Line's Kakegawa Station and approximately 3.8 km from the Tomei Expressway's Kakegawa Interchange, it boasts excellent access to major arterial roads such as National Route 1 and the Tomei Expressway.
