EMOOR, a health furniture brand based in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, announced on October 22nd that it will open a logistics base in Akishima City, Tokyo, to consolidate its nationwide logistics. The company also announced its intention to expand its 365-day shipping and next-day delivery services.

The new logistics base, named "EMOOR TOKYO BASE," will begin full operation on October 20th, consolidating the head office, experiential showrooms (Aoyama and Tachikawa), warehouse, and photography studio all within Tokyo. The new base has a total floor area of approximately 10,586 square meters, with plans for further expansion in 2026.
While many companies handling large items such as furniture and bedding have warehouses in regional areas, Emur cites the ability to combine the reliability and speed of a "Tokyo-based brand" as the reason for consolidating its logistics in Tokyo.
By consolidating everything from design and development to sales and shipping of our own brand in one area, and by creating an optimal environment for nationwide distribution with access to the Ken-O Expressway (30 minutes) and the Chuo Expressway (20 minutes), we will strengthen same-day and next-day deliveries to the Kanto region. We will also flexibly handle shipments coordinated with exhibitions and PR events, as well as sample deliveries.
Furthermore, by consolidating multiple products into a single shipment, we aim to reduce packaging and delivery costs, streamline truck transportation through the consolidation of bases, and realize a sustainable logistics system.
