On October 22nd, Mujin announced the launch of two new models in its "MujinAGV" lineup: an 800kg payload safety model and a 1500kg payload model.
In manufacturing and logistics settings, the transportation process relies heavily on manual labor, making it challenging to balance productivity and flexibility.
To address these challenges, Mujin offers the integrated automation platform "MujinOS" and the mobile robot "Mujin AGV." This expansion of its product lineup will meet the diverse transportation needs of companies that want to promote phased automation, from small-scale starts to overall optimization.

Of these, the 800kg payload safety model features enhanced safety functions in addition to those of the standard model, complying with industrial safety standards (ISO3691-4). This ensures high safety even in workplaces where people and machines coexist, while enabling flexible transport in areas where people and machines work together, such as picking and assembly lines.
The 1500kg payload model features a higher load-bearing design than the existing 800kg/1000kg payload models. It can handle the transport of heavy components such as large pallets and batteries, further expanding the scope of heavy object transport between production lines and warehouse automation.
The addition of two new models to the lineup will enable us to accommodate a wide range of site environments, safety requirements, and layouts, from lightweight to heavy loads.
Mujin says it will further strengthen its Mujin AGV lineup with these two new models.
