Marubeni Asset Management and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) will hold an open house for tenants and shippers at "LOGIPLACE Hachioji" in Tokyo on November 6th and 7th.

The facility is located approximately 1.4 km from the Hachioji Interchange on the Chuo Expressway, and its location allows for wide-area distribution covering approximately 1180 million people, including the Tokyo metropolitan area, western 23 wards, central Tokyo, western Saitama Prefecture, and Hiratsuka City in Kanagawa Prefecture.
The building is a four-story structure with a floor load capacity of 1.5 tons/m² and an effective ceiling height of 5.5 meters below the beams. The warehouse is equipped with air conditioning for work (on the second to fourth floors). In addition to being a logistics warehouse, it is also possible to inquire about its use for purposes such as a workshop.
During the preview period, a pallet-type air conditioner will also be on display. Since the pallet-type air conditioner requires no installation work and can be moved with a hand forklift, it can be combined with the standard-equipped work air conditioning to minimize costs and create a temperature-controlled warehouse section within the warehouse.
