20251024glp - All funds receive the highest "5-star" rating from GLP Japan/GRESB Real Estate.

In the "GRESB Rating," which ranks companies globally on a five-level scale based on their overall GRESB Real Estate Evaluation scores, GLP Japan Development Partners IV and GLP Japan Development Partners III received the highest "5-Star" rating in the "GRESB Development Benchmark" for new development and large-scale renovation projects.

In addition, three funds—GLP Investment Corporation, GLP Japan Income Partners I, and GLP Japan Income Fund—have achieved the highest "5-Star" rating in the "GRESB Standing Investment Benchmark" for their management of existing properties.

In the Sector Leader category, awarded to the participant with the highest overall score (and those within one point of the highest score), GLP Japan Japan Development Partners IV was selected as the "Global Sector Leader" (industrial facilities sector) and the "Regional Sector Leader" (Asia's unlisted industrial facilities sector), recognizing the fund's outstanding performance.

These assessments by GRESB reflect GLP Japan's emphasis on internal processes and policies for promoting advanced ESG standards in its owned properties and its work with tenants, and the high level of environmental performance achieved through these efforts.

GLP Japan aims to contribute to the realization and growth of a sustainable society through its business activities. Specifically, it promotes the development of facilities that support the environmental efforts of its tenant companies, and actively works to reduce environmental impact through measures such as water resource conservation by installing high-efficiency LED lighting and rainwater tanks, and the introduction of solar power generation. Furthermore, it supports the business continuity plans (BCPs) of its tenant companies by providing a comfortable working environment and playing a role as a local disaster prevention base during disasters.

GLP Japan begins construction of a 96,000 m2 dedicated logistics facility for a single company near an interchange in Kasuya Town, Fukuoka Prefecture.
