Nomura Real Estate / Chiba Prefecture "Landport Noda" and "Landport Kashiwa II" Joint Project Announcement Event to be held on November 12th and 13th.

Nomura Real Estate will hold project briefings for its planned developments in Chiba Prefecture, "Landport Noda" and "Landport Kashiwa II," at Kashiwanoha Campus Station on November 12th and 13th.

On the day of the information session, in addition to property explanations, we also plan to hold a seminar on optimizing warehouse layouts and a property tour (on-site inspection) by chartered bus.

The event will feature the following three contents:

1. In addition to introducing the logistics real estate market in the Noda and Kashiwa areas, a seminar on optimizing warehouse layouts will be held. Examples of warehouse layouts and efficient operations that utilize the characteristics of both Noda and Kashiwa II properties will be presented.
A representative from "Techrum," an inter-company consortium consisting of approximately 120 partner companies aiming to solve logistics challenges, will give a presentation and explain Techrum.
If participating companies are interested, we will also accept consultations regarding layout optimization at a later date.

2. A chartered bus will take participants to the construction site of Landport Noda/Kashiwa II. Participants will be able to experience the surrounding environment and transportation access of the property firsthand.
In addition, to help participants visualize what the building will look like after completion, a tour of the cafeteria at Landport Kashiwa I, which is currently in operation, will be conducted.

3. We will introduce the details of Landport Noda and Kashiwa II. We will also explain the characteristics of each property to serve as a reference for future base strategies.
