Asahi Logistics participated in the "Children's Place Fair Saitama" held at Omiya Sonic City on October 11th.
<Asabi and Momobi will welcome you>

A "children's safe space" is a place that children can feel they belong in, neither at home nor at school. Through connections with others and opportunities for education and experiences, these spaces foster children's self-esteem and play a role in alleviating poverty, loneliness, and isolation, as well as revitalizing communities. Three representative examples are "children's cafeterias," "learning support classrooms," and "play parks."
This year, our second time participating following last year, we again set up a booth in the corporate booth area where customers could create original "coloring bags" printed with illustrations of our original characters, "Asabi" and "Momobi."

Participants were able to color their own eco-bags with their favorite colors and take them home, an event that was a huge success last year. Despite the unfortunate weather on the day, many children participated in making their eco-bags. Some were particularly excited to see the jumbo plush toys of "Asabi" and "Momobi" for the first time. Upon seeing the truck model displayed as part of the booth's decorations, some exclaimed, "This is cooler than the coloring pages!"
As a sponsorship item for the event, we provided original wet wipes. These were used as prizes for the "Pokemon Sticker Rally" held for participants at the venue.
Furthermore, Asahi Logistics is also cooperating with initiatives to support children from a logistics perspective. For example, they have cooperated with Saitama Prefecture's "Summer Vacation Curry Project," which supports children's meals during the summer holidays, and have received a letter of appreciation from Governor Ohno of Saitama Prefecture.
