Iris Ohyama has rebuilt the land and buildings that previously operated as the Shiga factory of its group company, Iris Shinyo, and completed the "Iris Koka Logistics Center" on October 30th.

The Iris Shinyo Shiga Plant was acquired in 2007 when Shinyo Kasei was incorporated into the group. It had been operating as a base for manufacturing flat sheets and corrugated sheets for building materials, but its manufacturing and operations will be integrated into the group's Iris Product, and it will be used as a logistics base for Iris Ohyama going forward.
The "Iris Koka Logistics Center" is located facing National Route 1, offering excellent access to major roads, with the Koka Tsuchiyama Interchange approximately 10 minutes away by car and the Konan Interchange approximately 20 minutes away.
By adding the "Iris Koka Logistics Center" to the existing Sanda Plant, Maibara Plant, and the Maizuru Plant (scheduled for completion in 2026), the company will strengthen its logistics network, primarily in the Kinki and Chubu regions, contributing to the stable supply of goods and emergency relief supplies.
