CBRE will hold an on-site preview event at its logistics facility, "Prologis Park Kasugai," in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture, on November 18th and 19th.

The facility is a logistics facility completed in December 2007, with a total floor area of ​​120,620.70 m2 (36,487.76 tsubo).

This time, the available spaces are a warehouse/berth on the 5th floor (7840.57 m2, 2371.77 tsubo) and an office space (368.41 m2, 111.44 tsubo) (there are other office spaces available on other floors).

Located approximately 4km from the Komaki-Higashi Interchange on the Chuo Expressway and approximately 6km from the Kasugai Interchange on the Tomei Expressway, it offers access to Komaki City within 30 minutes and central Nagoya within 40 minutes.
