On October 31, Lynaf announced the results of a survey on attitudes towards unattended delivery conducted among light freight drivers nationwide.
The survey was conducted via a web-based questionnaire from July 28 to September 17, 2025, targeting 150 light cargo drivers.
A survey of daily usage of contactless delivery revealed that more than half of respondents use it for more than half of their daily deliveries, indicating that contactless delivery is becoming a common delivery method in the field. Furthermore, over 70% of respondents found contactless delivery to be "very convenient," showing that it is supported by those working in the field.

Regarding the time-saving effect of using contactless delivery, approximately 90% of respondents answered that they were able to reduce their daily delivery time by 30 minutes or more. This confirms that contactless delivery is not only convenient but also an effective delivery method that improves productivity in the face of a worsening labor shortage.

The most frequently cited benefit of increased requests for contactless delivery was "fewer redeliveries," followed by "no need for face-to-face interaction, saving time" and "reduced stress for the delivery person." These factors can be seen as contributing to reducing the burden on delivery staff and improving the working environment, suggesting that it may also lead to improved employee retention.

Furthermore, over 9% of respondents believe that "delivery to a designated location should become more widespread" or "somewhat agree," indicating their hopes for its wider adoption.
