On October 31, ORIX Real Estate announced the completion of its multi-tenant logistics facility, "Misato II Logistics Center," in Misato City, Saitama Prefecture.
The property has been leased as a whole building to Denkyo Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Osaka), a company that sells home appliances.

The location is approximately 2.9 km from the Outer Ring Road's "Gaikan Misato Nishi IC" and approximately 2.6 km from the Joban Expressway's "Misato IC". It allows for delivery to central Tokyo in under an hour and is excellent for wide-area delivery to the greater Tokyo metropolitan area. In addition, it is approximately a 14-minute walk from JR Musashino Line's "Misato" station, making it convenient for commuters and advantageous for securing employees for tenant companies.
The building is a three-story, box-shaped structure with a total floor area of 19,000 square meters. The first floor has a loading dock that can accommodate up to 24 large vehicles (10-ton trucks) simultaneously. Each of the warehouse floors from the first to the third floor is equipped with air conditioning, and the second floor has a lounge that can be used as a rest area, providing a comfortable working environment for the employees of the tenant companies.

The warehouse has an effective clearance of approximately 5.5m below the beams (excluding some sections on the 3rd floor), and is equipped with two cargo elevators and two vertical conveyors. The parking lot has space for 55 regular cars (including one space for light vehicles) and a waiting area for large trucks (4 spaces).
Solar power generation equipment will be installed on the roof to supply electricity derived from renewable energy sources to the facility. The building is also expected to obtain a CASBEE (new construction) A rating, and environmental considerations will be taken into account, such as installing EV charging stations on the premises.
Furthermore, the building is designed with consideration for the company's business continuity plan (BCP), including the installation of emergency generators that can operate 24 hours a day even during power outages, and the placement of major electrical equipment on the second-floor balcony to prevent flooding.
The company entered the logistics development business in 2002 and has a track record of investing in and developing 53 logistics facilities, mainly in the Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka areas. It states that it will continue to adapt to changes in supply chains and promote the development of environmentally friendly logistics facilities.
