The facility is located within the Higashidai Industrial Park in Ichinoseki City, approximately 6 km from the Ichinoseki Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, making it easily accessible from all parts of the Tohoku region.
Furthermore, the layout offers high flexibility in terms of space combinations, allowing for rentals starting from a minimum of approximately 70 tsubo (approximately 230 square meters), enabling flexible use tailored to tenant needs.
