On November 10th, Yamato Transport will begin offering a "Same-Day Delivery Service" that will deliver packages received in the morning on the same day, and will also introduce new rates for deliveries within the same prefecture.

The "Same-Day Delivery Service" allows you to bring your package to a Yamato Transport office in the morning, and it will be delivered as early as 2 PM on the same day within your specified time slot.

The services covered are Takkyubin, Cool Takkyubin, Takkyubin Compact, and Takkyubin Collect. However, round-trip Takkyubin, ski Takkyubin (including ski specifications), golf Takkyubin (including caddy bag specifications), airport Takkyubin, mailed items, and packages sent via peer-to-peer trading sites (flea markets and auction sites) that have contracts with Yamato Transport are excluded.

Available to both individuals and corporations, the service fee is the standard courier service fare plus 550 yen, or the courier service fare plus 330 yen for deliveries to and from Okinawa Prefecture (all prices include tax).

The shipping deadline varies by branch office, and the available time slots differ depending on the delivery address.

Furthermore, the fare categories, which were previously divided by region, will be subdivided by prefecture, and a new fare category will be established for parcel deliveries originating from or destined for the same prefecture.

<Newly established fare table within the same prefecture (tax included)>
