In the 3PL business, sales reached 36.729 billion yen (a 22.5% increase) in the EC ambient temperature 3PL business, thanks to the full-year operation and increased volume of goods handled at the logistics center opened in the previous fiscal year for a major online retailer, as well as the opening of a new logistics center.
The chilled food 3PL business achieved sales of 12.964 billion yen (a 9.6% increase), thanks to the full-year operation of the supermarket logistics center opened in the previous fiscal year, as well as increased product unit prices and higher handling volumes.
The pharmaceutical and medical 3PL business saw sales increase to 13.226 billion yen (14.1% increase), thanks to the full operation of a new logistics center to accommodate the business expansion of its main client, drugstores, as well as strong handling volumes of seasonal products and other goods.
