On November 5th, Nippon Benex announced that it had installed and commenced operation of a 3.7MW solar power plant on the roof of "YKW Hisayama Hisahara," a logistics facility developed by Yoshida Kaiun Logi Solutions in Hisayama-machi, Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture. This marks the first collaboration between the two companies.

The power plant is built on the roof of a logistics facility developed by Yoshida Kaiun Logistics Solutions, where two power plants are installed: one with an on-site PPA and the other with full FIP (Feed-in Premium) power sales.
The solar panel capacity consists of approximately 0.5 MW for on-site PPA and approximately 3.1 MW for full FIP, totaling approximately 3.7 MW. The annual power generation from the full FIP portion is expected to be approximately 347 million kWh, making it one of the largest rooftop solar power generation facilities in Kyushu (according to the company).
With this new operation, Benex Japan now owns 52 power plants (total output approximately 70.2 MW), of which 35 are rooftop solar power plants at logistics facilities (total output approximately 61.3 MW) and 27 are FIP solar power plants (total output approximately 49.3 MW).
