On November 5th, Seino Transportation announced that unauthorized access by a third party had been confirmed to its web services "Mitsukaru Warehouse" and "My Seino," and that after commissioning an investigation by a specialized investigation company, it was determined that there was a possibility that customers' personal information had been leaked.
To date, our investigation has not confirmed any instances of customer information being misused.
The company announced on August 21 that it had detected unauthorized access to its web services. Following this, it conducted a detailed investigation, including one by a specialized investigative firm.
The data potentially leaked includes approximately 1800 "Mitsukaru Soko" member records and approximately 20 "MySeino" member authentication records. The company is urging users to change their passwords regularly for security reasons and is taking thorough security measures to prevent recurrence.
