Ryobi Transport Company, which handles the logistics division of Ryobi Holdings, completely revamped the uniforms worn by its truck management staff and maintenance personnel on November 1st, the first time in 10 years. Approximately 900 employees across 45 business locations nationwide started working in the new uniforms.

The new uniform's main color is gray, making it suitable for all seasons. It combines a clean and stylish look. The "Gold R" logo on the chest symbolizes strong, flexible resilience and rewarding spirit.

In terms of practicality, the garment incorporates anti-static and sweat-wicking properties to enhance safety and comfort during work, expanding the range of tasks in which it can be worn. Environmental considerations are also taken into account, as the garments are collected after their service life and recycled as raw materials.

According to Ryobi Transport, the uniform redesign is the second phase of their brand reform. They started in June 2023 with a new truck design called "Gold R" to change the industry's image.

Furthermore, in line with the management policy set forth in 2022 to transform from a "transportation company to a logistics company," 13 employees from locations across the country gathered to become a business entity that can provide new added value beyond just transportation. They shared small inconveniences they had experienced while sitting in the driver's seat for long periods or sorting packages, and after two years of discussion and prototyping, they completed a new uniform.

With the idea that "we, the workers on the front lines, are the main characters," the uniforms are designed to be "easy to move in and wear with pride." Employees have commented, "My child said, 'Mom, you're so cool,' which made me want to work even harder," and "They're light and easy to move in. I no longer feel like I'm wearing a uniform."
