On November 6th, GoQSystem announced that it has begun offering a new CSV integration function with SHIPXOL, a specialist manufacturer of automated packaging machines, for its cloud-based e-commerce centralized management system, "GoQSystem".

"GoQSystem" is a system that automates routine tasks that occur in e-commerce operations. Regardless of whether it is a marketplace or shopping cart, it can automate more than 80% of all orders, leading to a reduction in human error, a decrease in man-hours, and cost savings.
Through this integration, shipping data from "GoQSystem" is output to the automated packaging machine in CSV format. Box selection, packaging, and shipping label attachment are all processed automatically on the packaging machine, allowing for the entire shipping process to be completed without human intervention.
Because "GoQSystem" can output forms in SHIPXOL format, there is no need to adjust the form layout, and the changes can be immediately reflected in the packaging process.
With the expansion of the e-commerce market, the number of shipments is increasing and labor shortages are becoming more severe, making it a challenge for those on the front lines to balance speed and accuracy.
The company states that automating packaging will significantly reduce processing time, shortening shipping speeds by up to 70%, and allowing them to flexibly handle large shipments during peak seasons and sales periods.
