Hacobu announced on November 6th that it has begun development of a dispatch system for Konoike Transport.

The aim is to standardize operations by systematizing data such as dispatch and payment, and to reproduce and develop the experience-based knowledge of dispatchers within the system.
Until now, Konoike Transport had been using separate systems for dispatching vehicles and paying freight charges to transportation companies, and had been operating its logistics operations relying on the experience and ingenuity of on-site staff. However, as the workload increased, challenges became apparent, and the company decided to take this opportunity to promote standardization and efficiency, focusing on data linkage between systems.
The new dispatch system will implement unified management from dispatch to payment, as well as unified management of prime contractors, actual transport operators, and driver information, and visualization of revenue for each vehicle.
Going forward, the company will first conduct verification through operation at target locations, standardize operations at each location using the system, and aim to improve the productivity of Konoike Transport. In addition, they plan to promote the creation of new innovations by integrating the knowledge accumulated at each location during the digitalization process.
