On November 10th, Hacobu announced the launch of an AI-powered automatic suggestion function for service providers and pricing in its ride-hailing and order management service, "MOVO Vista."

This feature uses AI to search for similar requests based on your company's past dispatch records and suggests potential partners and prices. It searches for past requests similar to the current request information (route, vehicle type, number of vehicles, etc.) and presents potential partners and prices.
Additionally, links to similar past cases are displayed along with the rationale behind the proposal. The proposed content can be applied or edited as is. Clicking "Automatically fill with AI" on the request creation screen will display proposals based on the case information. The proposed content can be submitted as a request with a single click.
Furthermore, information protection is a top priority. Third-party data and confidential information will not be displayed or used. Proposals will be completed using only each company's data.
These features create an environment where even inexperienced staff can confidently create high-quality requests in a short amount of time. They also help reduce the workload on veteran staff and improve the efficiency of their decision-making.
