President Kono Motoaki said, "I was deeply moved by his strong determination and sincere attitude. I know he may have some anxieties about starting in a new environment, but I hope he will turn those feelings into strength and approach things with a positive attitude. As a company, we fully understand Mr. Rensui's feelings and will do our best to support him so that he can work and grow with peace of mind as a specified skilled driver."

The company already employs Laotian technical trainees and has seen firsthand the benefits of teamwork that transcends national boundaries.
