CBRE will hold an open house for tenant companies and shippers at its large-scale logistics facility, "(tentative name) Ageo City Nakashinai Logistics Center Project," in Nakashinai, Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture, on November 27th and 28th.

The facility is located in the Ageo area, which is said to have a relatively limited supply of large-scale logistics facilities. Situated approximately 8 km from the Ken-O Expressway's Okegawa-Kitamoto Interchange and approximately 4 km from JR Takasaki Line's Ageo Station, it offers advantages in wide-area distribution within the Tokyo metropolitan area using the surrounding National Route 17 and Ageo Road. Furthermore, improved access to the city center is expected with the planned opening of the Shin-Omiya-Ageo Expressway.
The facility is equipped with two cargo elevators and two vertical conveyors for vertical transport. Furthermore, it can be divided into two sections, allowing for proposals tailored to customer needs.
