On November 8th, Mitsui Fudosan held the "MFLP Funabashi Premium Festa 2025," a community coexistence event designed to make logistics facilities more accessible to the public, at its urban development-type logistics facility, "MFLP Funabashi," in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. Approximately 4000 people, mainly local residents, attended and enjoyed a variety of programs that could be enjoyed by people of all ages.

The "MFLP Funabashi Premium Festa" started in 2022 and this is its fourth iteration.
The event brought together the logistics facility and the local community to create a lively atmosphere with activities such as warehouse tours and workshops by tenant companies located within the facility, an outlet sale, and a stage show by the "Funassyi Family."
In addition to the annual children's skating lesson by professional figure skater Daisuke Takahashi, former Japan national soccer team player Keisuke Tsuboi gave a valuable talk on the special stage, sharing anecdotes from his playing days and his activities since retirement.
Also, as a first-time initiative this year, we conducted the "MFLP Funabashi Bus Tour," which takes participants on a bus tour of the routes used by trucks, allowing them to see the inside of warehouses and logistics sites that are not normally accessible to the public.
"MFLP Funabashi" is Mitsui Fudosan's flagship urban development-type logistics facility. In addition to the logistics facilities "MFLP Funabashi I, II, and III," it also includes "MFLP Funabashi & Park," a green space of approximately 2 m2 open to the public, a childcare facility that can be used by local residents, and Mitsui Fudosan Ice Park Funabashi, aiming to be a logistics facility that is familiar to the local people.
