On November 12, Shibusawa Warehouse announced the launch of a new service called "tribox" to meet the needs of storing small quantities of documents in boxes.

This storage service is designed for small and medium-sized businesses and is suitable for short-term use or urgent storage needs, targeting fewer than 300 document boxes.

The monthly storage fee is based on a flexible pricing structure divided into three installments. Since the application process can be completed entirely online, service can be started in approximately one week. We also accept deposits starting from just one document box.

On the website, you can select the deposit and retrieval dates (period) from a calendar, calculate an estimate of the number of storage boxes needed (e.g., "X number of files," "X number of cabinets or shelves"), and simulate the cost.

As digital transformation (DX) progresses and paperless operations become more common, the need for storing paper documents remains high because a complete transition takes time. In particular, small and medium-sized enterprises tend to continue managing documents using both paper and digital methods for extended periods, which led to the development of this service.
