CBRE announced on November 12 that it has fully supported the development project of "LOGI STATION Tosu I," a logistics facility that Kyushu Railway Company (JR Kyushu) has begun construction on in Sonezaki-cho, Tosu City, Saga Prefecture. The facility is scheduled to be completed in January 2027.

The facility will be a two-story building with a total floor area of approximately 16,253 square meters. According to JR Kyushu, it will have truck berths on both sides, allowing 30 large vehicles to dock simultaneously, and will be equipped with dock levelers, four vertical conveyors, and two cargo elevators.

The site is located approximately 2 km from the Tosu Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway, a major transportation hub in Kyushu, and approximately 1.5 km from the Ogori-Tosu-Minami Smart Interchange.
Furthermore, it faces National Route 3, a major arterial road, and is located in an area where logistics facilities are concentrated, allowing for transportation to the entire Kyushu region via the "Tosu Junction," and where demand for a wide-area logistics hub is expected.
This marks the sixth time CBRE has provided support for JR Kyushu's logistics facility development and related transactions.
