According to the second-quarter (interim) financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2026, announced by Suzuken on November 13, initiatives taken in response to the "2024 problem" are being presented.

According to the report, since April 2024, they have been operating a "Tokyo Metropolitan Area Logistics Center" in Soka City, Saitama Prefecture, which is the first of its kind in the industry. This center combines a wholesale logistics base that utilizes the latest robotic technology to achieve automation and labor-saving, with a manufacturing outsourcing and manufacturer logistics area.

In addition, in May 2025, we signed a provisional agreement with Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture, for the sale of land for a new logistics hub covering the Chubu region, tentatively named the "Chubu Region Logistics Center" (construction scheduled to begin in October 2027).

Going forward, the company aims to maximize the use of its logistics network, including its "Tokyo Metropolitan Area" and "Chubu Area" centers, to achieve various benefits such as increased efficiency through automation, reduced transportation costs, quality compliance with GDP standards, reduced CO2 emissions and other environmental benefits, and further strengthened business continuity planning (BCP) in the event of a disaster.
