Teams presented their ideas within a 6-7 minute time limit, and were evaluated and scored from multiple perspectives, including whether their improvements could serve as a reference for other locations and whether they could be immediately implemented. The winning teams were determined based on these evaluations. As punctuality is crucial in the logistics department, no teams exceeded the allotted presentation time.

Based on the evaluation and scoring results, the Kansai Distribution Center's "Guidance using videos of receiving and unloading procedures" won first place. Second place went to the Fukuyama Picking Center's "Changes due to the sample center not operating on Saturdays," and third place went to the Hachioji Picking Center's "Creating a workplace environment that makes it easier for part-time workers to work."

In addition, the "President Koizumi Award," selected by President Satoshi Koizumi, includes "Effective utilization of spot workers through switching," "Reducing driver workload through improvements to loading berths," "Digitization of forklift pre-operation inspection checklists," and "Explanation of work procedures using videos."

The improvement examples, born from a shift in mindset at the workplace—"questioning the present and rethinking things anew" and "changing what has been taken for granted"—were simultaneously broadcast to FPCO Group locations nationwide, contributing to the fostering of a company-wide "improvement culture."
