On November 14, NX Research Institute announced the launch of "Logitan DigiBo," a digital whiteboard designed to streamline warehouse personnel management.
This new system adds a comprehensive solution to the analog challenges faced on-site, joining NX Research Institute's digital solutions offerings.
Logitan DigiBo is a new digital tool that allows you to manage personnel assignments and tasks in real time on the cloud using a PC, tablet, or monitor, while retaining the familiar feel of using traditional whiteboards and nameplates.
Key features include the ability to maintain the intuitive feel of analog systems, allowing users to rearrange nameplates simply by dragging and dropping them, without requiring any keyboard input. Automatic data entry is also achieved, automatically acquiring work hours and skill information in conjunction with nameplate movement.
Furthermore, it allows for real-time visualization of the latest status even in large warehouses or remote offices. By linking with "Logitan WEB," operational status, KPIs, and the progress of multi-skilling can be centrally managed.
The monthly fee starts at 18,000 yen, no rental equipment is required, and it can be used immediately with existing PCs and tablets. In addition, it supports deployment to multiple locations and multiple languages, and can be operated at overseas locations.
These features solve problems such as "difficulty in immediately grasping attendance status," "time-consuming communication regarding changes in work location or assignments," "burden of preparing and putting away nameplates and whiteboards," "inability to immediately check and manage work performance and skills," "time-consuming daily report creation and compilation," and "desire to automatically acquire working hours and task time."
