Shimohana Logistics announced that it has constructed a new "Takatsuki Third Sales Office" adjacent to its "Takatsuki Second Sales Office" in Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture, and that it began operations on November 17, 2025.

The "Takatsuki Third Sales Office" is the fifth logistics base in the Kansai area and is conveniently located approximately 5km from the "Settsu Kita Interchange." The center has a total floor area of 16,764m2 (5080 tsubo) and can handle four temperature zones: ambient, refrigerated, frozen, and ultra-frozen. It is equipped with a versatile automated warehouse "Laputa ASRS," piece sorters, a digital assortment system, a multi-shuttle, a robotic palletizer, and a truck reservation service, making it a large-scale 3PL-compatible low-temperature logistics center that will provide optimal logistics services to the restaurant chain, food manufacturers, food wholesalers, and retailers.
By collaborating with the "Takatsuki First Sales Office," "Takatsuki Second Sales Office," "Rokko Island Sales Office," and "Koshien Sales Office," the company aims to further strengthen its logistics system in the Kansai area and, as a core base of the Shimohana Logistics Group, provide strong support for the development of its customers' businesses.
