Some features are scheduled to be implemented gradually by around spring 2026.

"Resilire AI Agent" is an AI that integrates and analyzes supply chain data with external information such as market changes and geopolitical risks, aiming to automate everything from risk analysis and impact assessment to the proposal of countermeasures. This will enable decisions that previously took several days to be made in a short time, and as an AI that can respond quickly to unpredictable situations, it will support corporate decision-making.

AI analyzes supply chain dependencies and dynamically reports on affected products and recommended countermeasures. It also analyzes and develops scenarios that include potential future risks such as geopolitical risks and natural disasters.

Among the planned features and characteristics is the visualization and cleansing of supply chain data (scheduled for release in spring 2026) as part of information gathering and analysis. This involves AI automatically completing and consolidating data such as Excel and CSV files, correcting missing or ambiguous names, and achieving highly accurate visualization.

Furthermore, it features automated supply chain network estimation, where primary and secondary procurement information is cross-referenced with trade data, and the AI automatically estimates the secondary and tertiary structure. This generates and visualizes structural data for the entire supply chain.

Risk assessment and prediction include analysis of publicly available information and prediction of potential risks (scheduled for release in spring 2026). External information is automatically collected and analyzed to predict potential risks. Furthermore, the AI automatically generates anticipated impacts and proposed countermeasures for risk scenarios entered by users in natural language.

In addition, features such as bottleneck estimation (scheduled for release in spring 2026) and SAQ (Self-Assessment Questionnaire) support are available.

In causal analysis and simulation of the entire supply chain, there is an impact analysis simulation. This instantly calculates the impact that a production stoppage at one company has on the supply chain.

Furthermore, the alternative supplier recommendation feature automatically suggests candidates based on conditions (country, lead time, cost, etc.) in the event of a supply disruption. The PSI (supply and demand) scenario simulation estimates supply and demand fluctuations, procurement costs, and inventory risks.

Going forward, Resilire aims to evolve its "Resilire AI Agent" to provide end-to-end support, from understanding and assessing supply chain risks to taking action. By having AI complement human decision-making and enhance adaptability to change, Resilire aims to contribute to the realization of a more flexible and robust supply chain.
