NX Holdings announced organizational changes effective January 1, 2026.
The implementation involves transferring the Corporate Venturing Department to the Management Strategy Headquarters. The reason for this is to strengthen collaboration with management issues under the management strategy headquarters, such as DX and sustainability, and to further promote these initiatives.
Furthermore, the Management Platform Development Promotion Office will be abolished. This is in consideration of the NX Group's global accounting system implementation schedule, and aims to transfer the functions of the Management Platform Development Promotion Office to the Financial Planning Department and the Accounting Department in order to achieve more efficient operational management.
