CBRE will hold private viewings at its large logistics facility, "HUB YATOMI," in Yatomi City, Aichi Prefecture, on November 27th and 28th.
The facility will be completed in February 2024, with a total floor area of 218,277.76 m2 (66,029.02 tsubo), four stories above ground, and a double rampway system.
Located close to the Ise Bay Expressway's "Wangan Yatomi Interchange" and the Nabeta Wharf Container Terminal, the location offers advantageous access not only to consumer markets within Nagoya City but also to the entire Tokai region, as well as the Kansai and Kanto areas.
CBRE states, "The minimum plot size is approximately 1100 tsubo (approx. 3,360 square meters), and it is possible to consider plots that match the required area. Each floor has its own characteristics: the first and second floors have an effective ceiling height of 6.5m and a floor load capacity of 2.0t/m2. The first, third, and fourth floors are elevated floors, while the second floor is a low floor, and the design can accommodate various layouts and types of businesses. Construction of refrigeration and freezing equipment is also possible on the first floor."
