Fukuyama Transport, Aeon Retail Chubu Company, and Kintetsu Railway will sell bread baked in Osaka City in the morning on November 20th and 21st at the Aeon Nabari store operated by Aeon Retail Chubu, using a Kintetsu train that will be returning from its "Ise-Shima Fish Encyclopedia" run (connected to a rapid express train bound for Matsusaka).

This initiative will be implemented in conjunction with the reopening of the Aeon Nabari store after renovations.
The project involves transporting bread manufactured by Narutoya Bakery in Osaka City from Fukuyama Transport's Imasato branch to Osaka Uehonmachi Station, then from Osaka Uehonmachi Station to Nabari Station using a return train of the "Ise-Shima Fish Encyclopedia" train, and finally from Nabari Station to Aeon Nabari Store (Nabari City, Mie Prefecture) by Aeon Retail Chubu, where the bread will be sold.
This will allow products that were not previously sold in Mie Prefecture to be sold within Nabari City, Mie Prefecture, and will also enable the effective use of the return trip vehicles of the "Ise-Shima Fish Encyclopedia" train, which previously operated without cargo or passengers.
The "Ise-Shima Fish Encyclopedia" train is a special fresh fish transport vehicle used by traveling merchants to transport fresh seafood from Ise to Osaka City. It is a successor to the "Fresh Fish Train" that operated from 1963 and has been in operation since March 2020.
The company stated that it will continue to work towards solving social issues such as the shortage of drivers in the road transport industry and reducing CO2 emissions.
