On November 20, ANA announced that 37 of its group companies received the highest rating of Gold in the "PRIDE Index 2025," which aims to create workplaces where LGBTQ+ and other sexual minorities can work comfortably.

Since its "Diversity & Inclusion Declaration" in 2015, the ANA Group has aimed to respect the diversity of its employees, create an environment where each individual can demonstrate their strengths, and foster a corporate culture where employees can work with a sense of purpose.
Specifically, the company is working to create a workplace environment where all employees can work without discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. This includes wearing badges that make "ally" visible, signifying those who understand and support these issues, participating in Pride events, holding study sessions, and organizing social gatherings.
This year, ANA received the Gold award for the 10th consecutive year. In addition, 33 group companies received the award for the fourth consecutive year, 2 companies for the third consecutive year, and one new company joined the group, bringing the total number of award recipients to 37.
