CUE, a company that develops, sells, and rents arcade games, announced on November 21 that it has relocated its service center, which serves as its technology and logistics base, to Higashi-Osaka City.
As a logistics hub, its location offers excellent access, being just off the Nagata Interchange of the Hanshin Expressway Route 13 Higashi-Osaka Line, allowing for greater efficiency in land transportation. Furthermore, with sea transport now approximately 30 minutes away from Nanko Port, the company has secured a large-capacity inbound and outbound warehousing system, enabling it to meet the demand for a wider range of its products.
If traveling by train, it's about a 6-minute walk from Exit 3 of Nagata Station on the Kansai Metro Chuo Line. If traveling by car or truck, it's about a 3-minute drive from the Nagata Interchange on the southbound Hanshin Expressway Higashi-Osaka Line.

Furthermore, as a technical base, the service center has multiple experienced engineers on staff to ensure that products meet Japanese safety and quality standards before being shipped to customers. In the event of a malfunction or trouble, engineers will directly handle customer support, resolving the issue with their reliable skills and extensive experience, contributing to the stable operation of the products.
