The new company was established with the aim of expanding the distribution of frozen sushi and strengthening the local development and dissemination of freezing technology. Yoshihiro Katayama, Vice President of Daybreak and head of overseas exports of frozen sushi, has been appointed as its representative.
Daybreak has been seriously expanding its overseas export of frozen sushi since 2024, leveraging its proprietary "Art Lock Freezer" technology and unique recipe research.

In particular, in the American market, sales began in June 2025 at the Japanese supermarket "Mitsuwa Marketplace," and the sales area is expanding from the West Coast to Hawaii.
Furthermore, in October, the company entered into a strategic business alliance with Sojitz Foods to accelerate its overseas expansion. These efforts were recognized, and in November, the company received the "55th Food Industry Technology Achievement Award, International Category."
